1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Baseline Media, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the baseline.media website and any related media form, channel, mobile site, or application (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You retain ownership of your intellectual property rights but waive any claims arising from our lawful use of your Contributions.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Site, or (b) USD $500. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions; in such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber in Brussels, Belgium, in English, before a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration shall be Brussels.

Users accessing the Site from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
